Tasting Note:   Gewurztraminer by Hugel et Fils, Alsace 2007 A lovely full-flavoured, off-dry Gewurztraminer by Hugel, from the Riquewihr area of Alsace. A very fragrant nose of honeyed stone fruit and papaya also displays characteristic rose petal notes which follow through to the nectar-tinged palate, where there are other delicate floral notes, a creamy mouthfeel and a touch of white pepper on the finish.
